It is essential to note that these collaborations are voluntary and will not be remunerated. Models are selected through casting processes outlined by VIKTRA.

Casting-Process:

Models interested in collaborating with VIKTRA must sign up for casting calls organized by the brand. VIKTRA holds the sole discretion in selecting models based on various criteria, including but not limited to, suitability for the brand, style, and the overall creative vision.

Commitment:

Selected models commit to participating in scheduled photo shoots, modeling sessions, and any other collaborations as agreed upon by both parties. Punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude are expected throughout the collaboration.

Creative-Collaboration:

Models agree to work collaboratively with VIKTRA to bring the brand's creative vision to life. This includes following creative direction, styling guidelines, and contributing to the overall artistic process.

Image-Usage:

By participating in collaborations, models grant VIKTRA the right to use the images and content created during the collaboration for promotional and marketing purposes. VIKTRA will credit models whenever possible.

Confidentiality:

Models agree to keep any sensitive information shared during the collaboration confidential. This includes but is not limited to unreleased designs, creative concepts, and any other proprietary information.

Termination-Collaboration:

VIKTRA reserves the right to terminate collaboration with a model at any time for reasons such as unprofessional behavior, violation of terms and conditions, or any other circumstances that may compromise the integrity of the collaboration.

Modification-Terms:

VIKTRA holds the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to models in a timely manner.

Acceptance-Terms:

By participating in VIKTRA collaborations, models signify their acceptance of these terms and conditions. Models are encouraged to carefully read and understand the terms before committing to any collaboration with VIKTRA.
